What are your service hours?
Nocthera operates from 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM, designed to support night-shift professionals and anyone with late-hour schedules.
Where do you provide services?
We deliver our full luxury home wellness experience in Pasig, Manila, Cainta, Taguig, and Mandaluyong.
Availability may vary slightly depending on the specfiic time and location requested.
Is there a minimum booking?
Yes. All bookings require a minimum of 2 hours. You can:
1. Book 2 hours for a single client
2. Share a 2-hour session between 2 clients (1 hour each)
Is there a fee for travel or setup?
Yes. A Home Service Logistics Fee applies to cover travel, setup, and preparation. This fee is in addition to the service cost and ensures your Nocthera Specialist arrives fully equipped for a premium experience.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Just a quiet space large enough for the massage table. Your Nocthera Specialist will bring everything else: linens, towels, aromatherapy sprays, tea, massage bed, and ambient music.
What is the weight limit for the massage table?
Our professional massage table is capable of supporting up to 300 kg, but to ensure the safety and comfort of both you and your Nocthera Specialist, we limit sessions to clients up to 150 kg.
**If you prefer using your own bed for the session, inform us so the proper setup can be prepared.
How far in advance should I book?
Please book at least 1 hour ahead to give your Nocthera Specialist time to prepare the setup and ensure a seamless luxury experience.
Do you offer prenatal or medical massages?
Not currently. All services are wellness-focused, luxury recovery and therapeutic massage experiences, not medical treatments.
